March 19, 2012 We went to SM Business Center to request a Certificate of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR). Both our CENOMAR is worth P430. We can claim it after two weeks (April 2, 2012)
To get a CENOMAR. I suggest bringing a copy of your Birth Certificate and prepare your TIN Number.
We just filled a form with these info:
Name of Applicant
Name of Father
Name of Mother (maiden's name)
Place where the Applicant is born (City and Province)
Current Address (Complete Address)
TIN Number (If available)
Purpose is Others: Marriage
