The proposal on our 6th Anniversary

It's Valentines Day! It was our 6^th year Valentines and we preferred to celebrate our special day with his family. We cooked lasagna na parang baked mac. Glad his family liked it very much :D

We also made Banoffee cake, his favorite cake, for dessert.

After cooking.. we went to his room to take some rest before we go to the Mall to watch a movie.

Then I gave my gifts to him..

I was actually looking for my gifts when he's not yet on the room.. but disappointed because I didn't find any. I thought to myself.. maybe we'll go to the mall and find stuffs that he would buy for me.

Then I gave my gifts to him.. I'm happy that he liked them and liked the letter plus “banats” I prepared for him. We're both laughing as we're enjoying the sweet notes/letters, lyrics from songs which represents my love for him, and funny notes.

After a while.. I said “Asan na gift ko?”

Efren: Sige na nga.. bibigay ko na! (Then he took the paper bag from the top of his drawer. Kaya pala di ko nkita!)

His gift was a little drawer with two drawer box. On top of the drawer there's a note saying

“Will you marry me?”

Then I cried at the same time laughing because of the happiness I'm feeling at that moment. I hugged him as I really didn't expect that he would do that! It really surprised me.

He said.. “So what's your answer?”

I looked at the small drawer, the first drawer box have “No” on front and the other drawer is “Yes”.

Since I want to see what's inside “No” (LOL, yes.. silly me) I said “No muna!” while still laughing and crying. Surprised that there's a note there said “Valentines na Valentines, No ang sagot mo?” and I looked and he's shaking his head. I'm really laughing because he sensed that I would choose No first! I guess he know me that well. Haha

Then I said.. “Sige na nga! Yes na!”

When I opened it, it was a gorgeous wrist watch! It consists of beads with different colors. It really surprised me and I really love it as I'm obsessed with accessories with different colors, so I can style them whatever the color of my dress.

I'm really crying because I'm really touched for the love he showed me and he's freakin' serious on marrying me.

I really don't believe on proposals, that ordinary people don't have such. I thought they're just fantasies and can only seen on TV and movies.

He changed that view of mine, now I really believe that there's Wedding Proposal in real life and it's amazing and a magical moment.

We're officially Engaged!:)
